📦 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time. If you are outside India, please check back later or contact us for updates.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number

  2. SMS notification with tracking link (if mobile number provided)

  3. WhatsApp update (optional, if opted in)

How to track:

  • Click the tracking link in your email/SMS

  • Visit our Track Order page (if available)

  • Or contact us with your order number

Note: Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

  • Blue Dart (for express/metro deliveries)

Your order may be shipped through any of these partners based on your location and product availability.


📝 Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If you entered the wrong address:



Action What Happens
Contact us within 1 hour of placing order We can update the address (no charge)
Contact us after 1 hour but before shipping May be possible but not guaranteed
Order already shipped Cannot change address. Product may be returned to us
Product returned due to wrong address You pay re-shipping charges

To correct an address: Email us immediately at [तुमचा ईमेल] with subject "ADDRESS CHANGE - [Order Number]"


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Issue What We Will Do
Lost in transit (no tracking update for 10+ days) We file a claim with courier and send replacement or refund
Delivered but not received (stolen) We are not responsible. Check with neighbors or building security
Delayed beyond estimate We track and update you. Courier delays are beyond our control
Wrong address provided by customer Customer pays for re-shipment

For lost packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date.


🚚 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery but fails (no one available, door locked, etc.):

2nd attempt Courier will try again
3rd attempt Package returned to us

If package is returned to us: You will be contacted. Re-shipping charges apply.


🏷️ Delivery Confirmation & Signature

  • Most orders require a signature upon delivery (for security)

  • You may authorize someone else to receive the package

  • If you waive signature, we are not responsible for stolen packages


☀️ Delivery During Holidays & Weather



Situation Impact
National holidays (Republic Day, Diwali, etc.) No deliveries. Processing may be delayed
Local festivals (Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.) Possible delays in specific cities
Heavy rain, floods, or storms Couriers may pause delivery. We will notify you
Bandhs / strikes / curfews Delays possible. Not in our control

We will communicate any major delays via email or SMS.


🔄 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items:

  • Sometimes products ship from different warehouses

  • You may receive separate packages at different times

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

  • No additional shipping charges for split shipments
